A broken feed is silent: newsletters stop arriving, podcast apps stop updating, aggregators drop you — and nobody emails you about it. This validator fetches your feed, checks it parses, and shows the title, description and latest items exactly as a reader would receive them. WordPress sites get /feed/ out of the box; plugins and migrations are what usually break it.

How it works

  1. Paste your feed URL — on WordPress that is usually /feed/.
  2. Validate: a green result shows the parsed feed and latest items.
  3. If it fails, check recent plugin changes and re-test after each fix.

Questions people ask

Does RSS still matter in 2026?

For site owners: yes, quietly. Newsletters, podcast apps, reading apps and AI assistants all consume feeds; a valid one is machine-readable proof your content is current. It costs nothing and keeps working while platforms come and go.

My feed validates but shows old posts — why?

Caching. Your site (or its cache plugin) served a stale feed. Purge the cache and re-validate; if it persists, a plugin is filtering the feed query — recently activated SEO or security plugins are the usual suspects.

Where do I find my feed URL?

On most WordPress sites it is simply your domain plus /feed/. Blogger and Substack use /feeds/posts/default and /feed respectively. When in doubt, view the page source and search for "application/rss+xml".
