- This page stays open, so you can keep the guide handy
- The tool runs entirely in your browser
You cannot manage what you cannot see: an unhappy forum post or a scraped copy of your content outranks you quietly for weeks. This tool builds a precise Google query for your brand — in titles only, excluded domains, included sources, any time window — and runs it in one click. Reputation managers charge for exactly this loop; here it is, free, using the search operators professionals type by hand.
How it works
- Type the brand, product or keyword to track.
- Optionally restrict it to page titles, include or exclude domains.
- Hit search — the query opens in Google in a new tab.
Questions people ask
How often should I check brand mentions?
Weekly is enough for most businesses — set a calendar reminder. During a launch, a pricing change or a PR push, check daily for the first two weeks; that is when problems (and opportunities) surface.
What does the “in page title” option do?
It adds the intitle: operator — results must contain your brand in the page title, which filters casual mentions and surfaces articles and reviews focused on you. Best signal-to-noise for reputation checks.
Can I exclude my own website from results?
Yes — put your domain in the exclude field. That leaves other people's coverage: reviews, news, forums and, importantly, anyone copying your content without credit.
